There are three more weeks left in this year; and, as we inch closer towards the end, most people are still skipping December for January. As I have done this December (read Happy December here: http://positivitychange.com/2016/12/happy-december-theres-still-plenty/ )
Access where you are now
Look at where you are right now. Are you satisfied with how this year has gone? Why or why not? If you are great. Still start looking at how you can still make this the best 21 days left this year. If not, then see what you can do or which area(s) you can start to improve with 21 days to go.
Find one things that you can do right now and finish it
Okay so there may be many unfinished things in December; but, find one thing that you can finish by year’s end. Tying up loose ends give you an emotional boost. It is the small wins where you can build momentum towards the New Year.
Start planning for the New Year Now
Regardless of how this year has gone, start planning for the New Year now. Do not wait until January 1st to plan for it. Starting now means not only writing down your goals but immediately testing out these ideas. Why wait until next year to see if your ideas work now. These next 21 days give you more than enough time to determine whether your ideas are worth pursuing in the New Year.
These three things will help you be your most productive self during these next three weeks of this year; and, well into next year.

We have 6 more weeks to get whatever you want done right now. Do not delay until 2017. Do it right now. Take full advantage of these remaining days to position yourself for a very strong 2017. Even if you have finished all of your 2016 goals, use these last 45 days towards testing out your 2017. Remember time is the one commodity that you cannot get back. Once time is spent, it is spent.
