I am enjoying time off and smelling the roses (or in this case, the cherry blossoms). Giving my brain a break from routine and work to just enjoy other things is essential towards staying positive. It’s all a part of self-care. Downtime enables you to recalibrating and bouncing back better. It also lets you avoid burnout. So take a break, go outside and enjoy life.

Today is Memorial Day which is the start of summer. You know what that means? VACATIONS! Although I preach going hard to manifest positive change, vacations and breaks are actually a good thing. I have even done a podcast about why vacations are good for you!
