Change doesn’t happen in a vacuum. People don’t change with encouragement and help. If left isolated, they revert back to their old ways. Harvard Business Review highlights this very problem. In its publication, the magazine reports that people don’t change unless they receive support. You have to believe in that they have the capacity to change. The article continues stating that if you don’t think that they can change, then they will not change.
