Change doesn’t happen in a vacuum. People don’t change with encouragement and help. If left isolated, they revert back to their old ways. Harvard Business Review highlights this very problem. In its publication, the magazine reports that people don’t change unless they receive support. You have to believe in that they have the capacity to change. The article continues stating that if you don’t think that they can change, then they will not change. To combat all of the negativity and random acts of violence it is essential to be courage and live your life on your terms. Living courageously defies the enemy because you are exuding positivity and resiliency in every breath you take. Positive change takes courage because most people view change in the negative. Change is seen as loss; however, there is positive change out here too. Being courageous is the embodiment of positive change.
