Hey everyone! Today is Friday, November 15, 2019. There are 45 more days left in not just 2019 but the DECADE! Can you imagine that in a little less than 6 weeks, we will be in an all-new decade! You know everyone that I am very big on time management as it is a part of project management. I want you to make every single 45 days that are left count! So check what is outstanding and make sure that you finish everything that you can. You want to enter a New Year and a New Decade free and clear!

What To Do If You Are Running Against The Clock?

                If you feel that you are running out of time, there are two ways to catch up: fast tracking and crashing. Fast tracking is where you do more then one tasks in parallel or at the same time. In business, fast tracking is less costly than the second option, crashing. Crashing is where you are putting your work on all a stringent deadline. Crashing is the last resort.
